Asset & Liability Search

Please download the Letter of Authority, copy it on to your headed paper then sign it before uploading (click on "Choose files" to upload)
Please also upload the following:
  • Death certificate, preferably certified as true copy (or Coroners Report or Solicitors DCVF)
  • Evidence of your appointment, so if you’re Executor: a copy of the Will, Power of Attorney or Grant of Probate, OR if you’re advising the Lay Executor: a signed engagement letter, terms of business, email or similar showing your appointment.
